• Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Paystack); we do not store full card details.

• To authenticate you and secure your account (including abuse and fraud prevention).
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, important notices).

Prompts you send are processed by AI models to generate responses. Depending on configuration, processing may occur on our servers or via third-party model providers. We do not use your personal conversations to train public models without your explicit consent.
