Welcome to Lailaba AI ("the Service", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Lailaba AI you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others (including intellectual property and privacy rights).
• Generate, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, abusive, or exploitative content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data ("hacking" of systems you do not own or lack written authorization to test).
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service in a way that harms its operation or other users.
• Automate access in a way that overloads or disrupts the Service.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit ("Prompts") and the outputs you generate ("Outputs"). Outputs are provided "as is" and may not be unique. We do not claim ownership of your Prompts or Outputs. The Service, including its software, models, and branding, is owned by us and licensed to you for personal and lawful use.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via our payment provider (Paystack). All sales are final unless required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to future billing cycles.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for verifying any Output before relying on it. We are not liable for decisions or actions taken based on Outputs.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or lawful reasons, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
